Ordering Process:

• When ready, go to your cart to review the items and make any necessary changes.
• If you have a promo code or gift card, enter it before clicking "Confirm my Order."
• Create an account or log in to your existing account to retrieve your information.
• Click "Order" to enter your shipping and billing information.
• The shipping method will be automatically selected based on your delivery address.
• Before confirming your purchase, read and accept our General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS).
Order Confirmation:
• You will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your order and order number.
• The invoice will be included in your package.

Order Cancellation:
• We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or terminate an order for legitimate reasons (e.g., non-payment, fraud, or violation of the GTCS).

Custom Jewelry Creation

For any requests related to custom and/or personalized jewelry, please email us at info@so-jewels.com. We will work with you to find the best way to meet your needs.
We can create jewelry based on specific instructions or design a piece especially for you, according to your preferences and inspirations. We can also modify or personalize one of our existing designs to suit your exact requirements.
Once the concept is defined, we will provide you with a detailed price quote for your approval before production begins.
Unless otherwise agreed, all intellectual property rights for our creations remain exclusively with us.

Shipping and Delivery

We do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, to avoid overproduction, each product is made to order, with no pre-existing stock.
Our manufacturing and delivery times are therefore 4 to 6 weeks.
We deliver across Europe (excluding Russia) and offer free shipping for orders within the European Union.
Please note that customs duties or additional taxes may apply for deliveries outside the European Union. In this case, you will be considered the importer of the product. The price shown at checkout and on the invoice excludes taxes. Customs fees, import taxes, and other charges will be your responsibility and may be required upon delivery of your order. We recommend that you contact your local authorities for more information.
We ship with DHL, who, like us, prioritizes the security of your order. We remain responsible for the product until it is delivered. Ownership and risks related to the products are transferred to you upon delivery, confirmed by a signature. Delivery proof may be provided by any legal means, including the carrier's tracking system.

Returns and Exchanges

As all our jewelry is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
However, we are committed to ensuring you are happy with your jewelry. If you have any doubts about an item, please contact us directly by email at info@so-jewels.com before placing your order. We will be happy to answer your questions and provide additional information or photos to help you make an informed decision.

Defective or Damaged Items

We take great care with packaging and shipping to ensure your jewelry arrives in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, follow these steps for a prompt resolution:
• Email us at info@so-jewels.com with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos of the item and its packaging. This will help us quickly assess the situation.
• Our customer service will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the item.
• Repackage the item in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, a copy of the invoice, and the return authorization number.
• Follow the instructions to return the item. We recommend using a tracked service for secure delivery.
Once received, our quality team will inspect the item to confirm the defect or damage. If the issue is confirmed, you can choose between:
• A free replacement of the item, or
• A full refund, including shipping fees.

We process returns within 7 to 10 business days and ship replacements as soon as possible (taking manufacturing time into account). Refunds are issued within 5 to 10 business days after processing. We will keep you informed via email regarding your request's status.
Please note that slight variations between the received jewelry and the photos shown on our site may occur due to the natural characteristics of materials, lighting, or screen settings. These color, texture, or finish differences are not considered defects.

Resizing

Please pay close attention to the size of your jewelry when selecting from available sizes. Some of our designs cannot be resized, and in certain cases, it may be necessary to remake the entire piece.
To assist you in making the best choice, we are available to answer any questions about available sizes. Feel free to contact us to discuss trying on the jewelry or obtaining additional information to make an informed decision.
If, despite our recommendations, the selected size does not fit, you can email us at info@so-jewels.com. We will assess the possibility of resizing the piece. However, this will incur a fee covering workshop labor and re-shipping costs, which will be communicated to you in advance.
No jewelry may be returned to us without prior authorization.

Guarantees

Our jewelry is designed to last and is made from 14k gold.
Each piece comes with a certificate of authenticity.
We offer a 2-year warranty on our products, provided you present the purchase invoice. If your jewelry presents an issue covered by the warranty, we will repair it. If repair is not possible, we will offer a replacement.
The warranty does not cover:
• Surface scratches,
• Missing components,
• Damages resulting from improper use, accidents, or negligence.
For warranty inquiries, please contact us at info@so-jewels.com, mentioning your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos of the item. Our customer service will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the item.
If your product is no longer under warranty, we offer repairs on request and for a fee. Repairs outside of warranty include resizing, setting checks, soldering, polishing, and surface treatment to restore your jewelry's original appearance.

Liability

We strive to provide a service that meets our users' expectations. However, our liability will only be engaged to the extent defined by applicable law.
We cannot be held responsible for indirect, unforeseen, or consequential damages arising from the use of the site, including but not limited to loss of data, profit, opportunities, or service interruptions.
We disclaim any liability in case of non-fulfillment of contractual obligations due to force majeure events as defined by law, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, social conflicts, pandemics, terrorism, network failures, or power outages.
We do not guarantee the absence of interruptions or errors on the site and cannot be held responsible for any temporary or permanent malfunction, including those caused by maintenance or updates.
In any case, if our liability is engaged, it will be limited to the total amount of the order placed by the affected user.
