Since each piece is handcrafted just for you, the production time is typically between 4 to 6 weeks. We ensure the highest quality and attention to detail, which can take some time. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

What materials do you use for your jewellery?
All of our jewellery is made from high-quality 14K gold, which is durable and perfect for everyday wear. We carefully select each piece of gold to ensure it meets our high standards for both appearance and strength.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
Once a made-to-order piece enters production, it cannot be changed or canceled. If you need to make any adjustments to your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you before production begins.

What if my jewellery doesn't fit?
We recommend checking your size before placing your order, especially for rings and bracelets.
Ring Sizing Tips:
Measure the correct finger
Measure your finger at normal body temperature, as it can change size when hot or cold.
Measure at the end of the day.
If your knuckle is larger, take two measurements and choose a size in between for a comfortable fit.
If you receive your piece and find that it doesn’t fit, please contact us at info@so-jewels.com. In some cases, resizing may be possible for an additional fee.

Caring for your SO… Piece

• Protect your jewellery: Try to avoid impact with hard or abrasive surfaces that could cause scratches or damage.
• Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals: Cosmetics, perfumes, household cleaners, and extreme temperatures can all damage fine jewellery, so it’s best to keep your piece away from these.
• Store it properly: When not wearing your jewellery, keep it in a clean, dry fabric-lined pouch or box to protect it from dust and damage.
• Protect gemstones and pearls: If your piece features gemstones or pearls, store them in individual compartments to prevent scratches.
• Cleaning your gold jewellery: You can easily clean your gold jewelry at home using a mild dish soap and warm water mixture. Gently scrub with a soft toothbrush to remove any dirt or residue.
• Be mindful with ultrasonic cleaners: Avoid using ultrasonic machines on jewellery with pearls or colored gemstones (diamonds are fine).

Will the colour of the stones and enamel match the photos exactly
The colors of both the stones and enamel may vary slightly from what is shown in the photos. All images are for illustrative purposes only. Natural variations in stone color, as well as slight differences in enamel shades due to lighting or production techniques, are normal and part of what makes each piece unique.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping! Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on your location. Please note that customs duties or taxes may apply to orders outside of the European Union (expect Russia), and these charges are the responsibility of the customer. As all of our jewellery is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged during shipping. What should I do if my jewellery arrives damaged or defective?
We take great care in packaging and shipping your jewellery, but if it arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@so-jewels.com. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by repairing or replacing the piece.

How do I know my jewellery is authentic?
Each piece of our 14K gold jewellery comes with a certificate of authenticity, confirming that it is made from genuine 14K gold. This certificate also includes details about the design and craftsmanship of your piece.

Warranties
Do you offer any warranties?
Yes, we offer a 2-year warranty on all our jewelry, covering defects in material and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damages due to wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage. Absolutely! You can choose a piece of jewelry as a gift and have it shipped directly to the recipient. Simply provide the recipient's shipping address during checkout. If you’d like, we can include a personalized message or gift note.

Sizing
I'm unsure of my ring size. How do your rings fit?
Our rings are sized according to standard european sizing. To ensure the best fit, we recommend having your finger professionally sized at a local jewelry store, or using an affordable ring sizing kit. We do not recommend using string or paper measurements from online templates, as they can be inaccurate. If you don’t see your size listed on the product page, please reach out to us— we offer quarter sizes and can accommodate sizes not displayed online. We’re happy to help you find the perfect fit!
